Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International have unveiled a series of senior leadership appointments across flagship hotel and casino properties in Florida, Ohio and Nevada. The changes include new presidents at Seminole Hard Rock properties in Hollywood and Tampa, as well as Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati, alongside a senior vice president and general manager role in Las Vegas.
